The communication with us was extremely well, and he was prompt and very professional like. He also explained to us how the cleaning process worked and the products that he used. We did have some light cleanup to do after he had left. Some of the overspray from his scrubbing machine splattered on the floor and one piece of furniture. Thankfully it did not stain and came clean rather easily.”
